iIt’s construction consists of:-

Front and rear frames formed from hollow aluminium extrusions welded at the corners to give a high weight carrying capacity and great lateral strength. |

Aluminium stretchers joining the two frames together giving front to rear stability. |

Steel corner pieces giving resistance to twisting. |

· |
Sides and tops are closed with steel panels. |
The permutation of 15 standard heights, 3 widths and 5 depths gives 225 standard sizes. Other non-standard sizes can be constructed if necessary.
U heights available are: 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 39, 42, 45 and 47.
Widths: 600, 700, 800mm
Depths: 450, 600, 800, 900, 1000mm
Available in many configurations with a comprehensive range of options and accessories. The method of manufacture makes the Eikon II very easily adaptable to customer specification.
Cabinets are normally delivered with all options fitted Accessories can be fitted also before delivery so they are ready for immediate use.
The EII range has evolved over 20 years to give a very substantial yet lightweight rack.
HOW TO ORDER
The Eikon II range is available in ‘U’ heights shown in the table on the right. (1U = 44.45mm or 1.75”) A full range of standard sizes is listed in our price list.

DOORS AND PANELS
GLAZED DOOR
Aluminium framed lockable doors are supplied as standard with 3mm clear acrylic. Toughened glass is also available. There is a surcharge for tinted glass and acrylic. The doors have quick release hinges to allow them to be easily removed for equipment installation. Short doors are also available.
All doors are hinged on the left hand side unless otherwise requested.

STEEL DOORS
Plain steel doors are lockable and are easily removed for equipment installation. Short doors are also available.
